I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at the American University's Kogod School of Business. I recently graduated from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School with a Ph.D. in Finance.

My current research interests cover Sustainable Finance, FinTech & Banking, and Monetary Economics. My job market paper empirically identifies the duality of ESG preferences: (1) non-pecuniary and (2) risk-mitigating preferences.

Prior to Ph.D., I worked as a Research Assistant at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. I graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Financial Economics and concentrations in Mathematics and Business Management.
